Shipping and costs
Coccolebimbi.com ships worldwide through BRT and FEDEX couriers.
Shipments to Russia are carried out through Poste Italiane.

Duties, taxes and invoicing
Orders shipped to Italy, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Portugal, Slovenia and Spain will be processed without an invoice. For all other countries, orders will be processed with an invoice.
Depending on the destination country, duties and taxes may be included or excluded. Please consult the table at the following link for further information.
If duties are included, the customer will not have to pay any additional costs either when placing the order or upon delivery. If, on the other hand, duties and taxes are excluded, they will be borne by the customer and calculated by the courier upon delivery.
Order tracking
When the package is handed over to the courier, the customer will receive an automatic email containing a tracking number, which can be used to monitor the shipment 24/7.
Delivery information
It is not possible to deliver the package to countries other than those indicated in the billing address. Furthermore, the package cannot be delivered to PO boxes.
Possible delays
The shipping times indicated represent standard delivery times. Minor variations may occur during promotional periods and public holidays. Furthermore, our couriers do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and on the following days:

Acceptance “with reservation”
If, upon delivery of the goods, the customer notices that the package has been damaged or tampered with, they may ask the courier to accept the package with “RESERVATION FOR DAMAGED PACKAGE” and then contact our Customer Service, providing photos and further details. If the courier does not provide the option to sign for the package with reservation, the customer may refuse the package and report the matter to our Customer Service.
In-store pickup
For towns in the province of Bari, it is possible to collect the package at the store at no additional cost. Pickup will be available 2 hours after placing the order.
